Arthium Edu Capital is a financial education and market mentorship institution. We are NOT a SEBI registered Research Analyst (RA), Investment Adviser (RIA), or Portfolio Manager (PMS). We do NOT provide buy/sell stock tips, trading calls, recommendations, or guaranteed return schemes. All trading charts, case studies, risk calculators, and live market simulations shown during training are strictly for educational and literacy purposes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing a course program, participating in live workshops, or interacting with our mentors and AI tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Educational Services & Cohorts
Enrollment entitles students to attend live/recorded training modules, access study materials, and participate in community Q&A sessions for the specific cohort batch purchased.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum content, strategy PDFs, position sizing calculators, and video recordings provided during courses are the sole intellectual property of Arthium Edu Capital. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or resale of course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
4. Risk Disclosure & Student Responsibility
Trading in equities, futures, and options involves significant financial risk. Past performance or mentor chart audits do not guarantee future market results. Students are solely responsible for their trading decisions and risk management execution.
5. Fee Payments & Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course fees must be paid in full prior to cohort commencement. Due to limited batch seats and mentor allocation, fees are non-refundable once batch training has commenced, except as explicitly approved in writing by management under extenuating circumstances.
